Jul 23, I used a drill press with small bit and drilled holes into the rubber between the two collars to free up the inner metal collar and then used a needle nose vice clamp to extract it then a fine tip screw driver to tap/smash the outer collar in on itself away from the swing arm housing the bushing until it gave me a grabable edge then i used the needle nose vice clamp to extract the outer bushing.
